Rai is moderately tall, and has a lean build. His hair is an odd, blue color, matching his eyes. Rai carries with him a white staff, covered in blue crystals. He generally wears regular black pants, and a black t-shirt under a white coat trimmed in blue. On top of that, he has a blue crystal embedded in his forehead, and a tattoo of a dragon on his back. He carries multiple staffs upon his back as well, much like mist gun.

Bio
Personality: Rai is a generally cheery person. He is random, and enjoys singing to himself a lot. Rai is also a very loyal and caring person when it comes to family. If you cross anyone in his guild he will hunt you down and make you pay. He has a short temper, but he can still take a joke. His sense of humor is good, but most people don't get it because he is rather scatter-brained. He is overly sarcastic, and labeled one of the biggest smart asses amongst the guild masters.

History: Rai grew up with his father, Gosuta. He admired the man, and was always fascinated by his magics. His father, much like Rai now, used multiple staffs in his magic. When Rai turned eight, Gosuta took over Fairy Tail. Gosuta had been the son of the previous leader, and had inherited the guild from his father. Gosuta was a good leader, and brought prosperity to the guild and mage world. However, when Phantom rose up again, Gosuta led the clan in war against them. Gosuta fell in combat, leaving Rai with his favorite staff, a white staff with blue crystals. Rai then inherited the guild. He was only 17 when he inherited, but he took on the responsibility gladly. Rai now lives to follow in his father's footsteps.

Hadou 33: Soukatsui - Way of Destruction

She commanded as the pale-blue flame shot from her hand toward her opponent. On impact, it would explode to increase the effect of the kidou. It was a basic kidou, but a useful one nonetheless.Well, let's see how he deals with kidou She thought to herself.

Magic
Mage Class: Take Over Mages- A type of magic which allows the mage to absorb the power of monsters that the mage has defeated. A mage can do a partial transformation or a full body transformation. But a full body transformation has the risk of one losing themselves to the monster.

Type-Take Over
Effect- This take over is much different from Suta's usual take overs. Instead of affecting his limbs, this take over focuses on his face. He gains fangs, and his eyes turn pure yellow. While in this state, he has two abilities. The first, is called "Tokui". Tokui is a song that Suta sings. As long as he remains singing, all allies gain stamina, strength, and magic power. The second ability is called "Gentai". As long he continues to sing this song, anyone in the area who listens to it will become weakened and fatigued. It will begin to drain their magic.

Name- Washi Uma
Type- Take Over
Effect- Also known as "Gryphon". This take over gives Suta wings. Also, while in this take over, Suta can release a screech much like an eagle's. This screech will summon forth Gryphons to act as allies for up to five turns. This takeover is generally used for escaping or fighting air-borne enemies.

Effect- This take over also effects the limbs of the user. If it takes over the arms, they will become massive and bulging limbs. These limbs have the strength of a titan, but they have a downside. There is a good chance that all muscles in his arm will be torn and need recovery. His legs are the more powerful half of this take over. While in this state, he can move at near-light speed without feeling much fatigue. He also gains the kicking power of a titan's. This would also tear his muscles, leaving him immobile until he can recover.

Effect- This monster was slain by Rai at a younger age. It turns the user's arms and/or legs into bones covered in black flames. This gives Rai one of two boosts. If his legs are morphed his speed is multiplied by three. If his arms are morphed he has the ability to block almost any magic with them, since they feel no pain. However, some magics are too powerful and would deteriorate his arms.

Name-Tetsu Uma ~ Iron Horse
Type-Take Over
Effect-This monster was slain by Rai at a younger age. It turns the user's arms and/or legs into what seem to be metal-plated limbs, ending in claws. This gives Rai one of two boosts. If his legs are morphed his jumping ability is multiplied to over four times it's natural level. With his arms morphed, he has the strength to tear through most metals, as well as razor sharp claws.

Name-Oni Uma ~ Demon Horse
Type-Take Over
Effect- This monster was slain by Rai at a younger age. It turns the user's arms and/or legs into red skinned, scale covered limbs. This gives Rai one of two boosts. With his legs morphed he is able to levitate, he also gains a long, sharp tail. With his arms morphed, he has the ability to catch, block, generate, and throw flame. He can only hold flames that are natural or created by him, however.

Effect- This monster was slain by Rai recently. This is the only monster he has fully mastered the full body take over form of. While only morphing limbs, they became sleek, black, furry limbs. These are capable of becoming intangible at will, allowing them to bypass weapons and such. In full body take over, he becomes almost Centaur-like. However, he has a mane, and his mane and tail are made of white flames. He has the ability to become completely intangible, and sink into shadows at will during this state. In full body take over, he can use staffs, but it is a little more difficult to control.

CARD MAGIC:

Card Mages- A type of magic based on the use of cards, the style depending on the user. With cards one can tell another's fortune, locate a person or object, trap others within a card, or other, depending on the skill. Its advised for Card Mages to have a large collection of cards.

Techniques:

Name- Spades
Type- Offensive/Card magic
Effect- Spades is an offensive card magic technique that goes along with the "card wall" technique. By enlarging the cards in the deck in a specific way, Suta turns the deck into a sword. The sword has a shape similar to that of a cutlass, and is as strong as steel. Suta can make two of these blades a time, and extend them as far as he needs to. Over using the technique would destroy the cards.

Effect- Using magic Suta has, systematically, stored in each card of his deck, Suta can replenish his own magic. Depending on the number he draws(picked at random), Suta will gain a larger or smaller amount of magic. A two, for instance, would give him about enough magic to fire one blast from his offensive staff. An ace, however, is an almost full refill.

Name-Diamonds
Type-Card Magic/Offensive
Effect- Using this magic, Suta will first throw the entire deck into the air. Then, the cards will all begin to expand and harden. The end result is 56, tower-shield sized, hardened, cards raining down on the opponent and surrounding area. These cards are as strong as steel. It takes atleast two turns to retrieve every card(So a two-turn cool down)

Effect- Using this magic, Suta will first begin by expanding four cards to the size of a small house's walls. These cards will then begin to close in on the opponent. If the opponent doesn't escape, the cards will shrink until they crush the person into the size of a regular playing card. If they do escape, the cards will instantly fly toward Suta, taking out anything in their path.

It is a large, 5' staff. made of bamboo, it also seems to have holes similar to that of a flute's.
Effect- Komoriuta is a special staff. When the magic is activated, it will begin to put the target to sleep. It is a powerful magic, but it is limited to one target. If the target is switched the other person under it's effect is instantly woken up.

Effect- shugyoku is a powerful, offensive staff. It has the ability to preform "drain magic". However, it can only sap a specific amount, filling each crystal. As long as the person remains within 5 meters of the staff, they are drained(not including the user). The user can then pull this magic into their own bodies, strengthening their own power. This could only kill an extremely weak mage, weakening others, and completely useless against extremely-high class mages.

Effect- This is the most powerful, offensive staff in Suta's possession. Boruto will condense Suta's own magic and form it into a sphere. This sphere with then follow the target, like a heat-seaking missile. When it connects with the person, it will explode on them. This is a very taxing staff, not recommended unless Suta is in danger.

Again, the staff, not the girl.
Effect- This staff is a powerful defensive staff. As long as it remains in Suta's grasp it creates a barrier around him. This barrier is similar to that of a turtle's shell in looks, but it is invisible unless it comes in contact with something. Then it glows green. Each time it blocks an attack(It will block anything that consists of weaker magical pressure than Suta's) it will drain an equal amount of magic from Suta.

Effect-Aikouka is an illegal weapon. Rai was given permission to use the staff by the councel, but only in emergencies. It gives off a strong charm magic as soon as it is activated by the call of it's name. The magic is so strong, that the effected target becomes almost a slave to the user. This only lasts about five posts, and the user may not utilize any other magic or item while using the staff.

Nice staffs (and girls...JK!) but still nice app and good that you have draw backs. Plus as we don't know WHAT mist gun is...I suppose its okay to be 'unknown'
